Ritika founded AIDNI after a decade leading regulatory affairs teams inside manufacturing and export businesses, where she saw the same problem repeatedly: strong products stalled by regulatory pathways nobody had mapped early enough. She now leads AIDNI’s overall client strategy, focusing on complex multi-market launches spanning Ayurveda, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.

Arvind leads AIDNI’s Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical manufacturing practice, with a particular focus on WHO-GMP facility readiness and AYUSH licensing. He has guided over sixty manufacturing facilities through certification audits and licence renewals.

Fatima manages AIDNI’s GCC and Africa market-entry practice, coordinating importer-of-record structuring, conformity assessment and customs readiness for clients expanding from South Asia into the Gulf and African markets.

Daniel leads AIDNI’s food and nutraceutical compliance work, from FSSAI licensing and ingredient review through to international standards mapping for exporters entering regulated food markets.
